The Peterson System

The Peterson System is a next-generation, fully digital speech unit designed for modern supported housing. It combines smart communication, alarm monitoring, and accessibility features into one discreet device.

It supports two-way voice communication via Alarm Receiving Centres (ARCs), and can trigger calls using AI voice recognition when physical inputs aren’t accessible.

The unit also acts as an intruder alarm, working with radio triggers and motion sensors to monitor security in real time.

All devices are linked to the ThraleTech Hub — a secure interface for system monitoring, status reporting, and support coordination via ThraleAssist.

Maintenance, diagnostics, and software updates can be carried out remotely or on-site, enabling sustainable operation and reduced waste through modular, repairable hardware.

The Peterson System is scalable, discreet, and engineered for long-term value — ready for the future of digital care.
